This indicator, expressed as a URI, indicates a qualified electronic trust service of creation, verification, and validation of a qualified electronic timestamp in Ukraine.

This service, defined as a qualified at the national level, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On electronic trust services" (Law)

Description:

The qualified electronic time stamp shall be presumed to possess the accuracy of the date and time that it indicates, and the integrity of the data in electronic form, to which those data and time are connected.

The qualified electronic time stamp shall ensure the following:

• the connection of the date and time with the data in electronic form in such a way that completely excludes the possibility of unnoticed modification of the data in electronic form;
• the accuracy of the time in the software and hardware system of the qualified provider of electronic trust services, which is synchronized with Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) with accuracy to the second.

The advanced electronic signature or advanced electronic seal created for the qualified electronic time stamp shall be attached to the latter. More detailed description of the QTS is contained in Article 26 of the Law and points 113-122 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 7 November 2018 Nº 992 (Requirements in the area of trust services).
