The Сentral Certification Authority provides qualified electronic trust services of the creation, verification and validation of a qualified electronic signature or seal certificate to electronic trust service providers.
During the provision of a qualified electronic trust service, the Сentral Certification Authority is obliged to comply with the requirements established for qualified trust services providers.
The software and harware complex of the Сentral Certification Authority, that is used to provide qualified electronic trust services meets the requirements established for the software and hardware complex of qualified trust services providers.
Qualified electronic signature or seal means are used to provide qualified electronic trust services. These means have documents on compliance or a positive expert opinion based on the results of their state examination in the field of cryptographic information protection.
Processing of information in the information and telecommunications system of the Central Certification Authority is carried out under the condition of an effective comprehensive system of information protection with a certificate of compliance obtained as a result of state expertise in the field of technical information protection.
