List of cryptographic information protection devices certified in Ukraine
The official list of cryptographic information protection tools that have received a positive expert opinion following the state examination in the field of cryptographic protection in Ukraine. It includes solutions evaluated in accordance with national regulatory and technical requirements to ensure compliance with information security standards. The list serves as an authoritative reference to support the selection and use of approved cryptographic tools in secure information and communication.
Under Ukrainian legislation, conformity assessment may be carried out by conformity assessment bodies (CABs) designated in the EU, and qualified electronic signature creation devices (QSCDs) certified in the EU may be used.
In particular, Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services” defines a conformity assessment body as an entity (enterprise, institution, organisation or its subdivision) accredited in accordance with the legislation on accreditation or designated in accordance with the legislation on technical regulations and conformity assessment, as well as a foreign conformity assessment body accredited by foreign accreditation bodies that are signatories to the multilateral recognition agreements of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and/or the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA MLA).
Furthermore, pursuant to paragraph 6 of Note 1 of the Final and Transitional Provisions of the same Law, qualified electronic signature or seal creation devices used by European qualified trust service providers and included in the list of certified QSCDs maintained by the European Commission in accordance with Article 31 of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 are recognised as equivalent to QSCDs under Ukrainian law.

The official EU list of certified Qualified Signature and Seal Creation Devices (QSCD) and Secure Signature Creation Devices (SSCD) published under the eIDAS Regulation framework. The official EU list of National Accreditation Bodies (NABs) and the Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) they accredit under the eIDAS framework.
