Verification of Ukrainian qualified electronic signature on documents abroad

The validity of an electronic signature imposed on an electronic document, at the place of demand in the EU, can be verified on the website of the Central Authentication Authority at the following link: https://czo.gov.ua/verify (verification tool).

The presence of a barcode, QR code, or other graphic mark in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, as well as Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS), which regulates electronic signatures in the EU, is not a confirmation of signing an electronic document with a qualified electronic signature.

Confirmation of the validity of the signature is carried out by means of a technical verification.
