New certificates of the qualified trust services provider "Dia" have been added to the Trusted List
In accordance with the part 7 of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services", subsection 20, clause 4, clause 8 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on September 18, 2019 No. 856, Chapter III of the Procedure for Maintaining the Trusted List, approved by the order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on July 8, 2020 No. 104, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 29, 2020 under No. 719/35002, and pursuant to the order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on May 19, 2023 No. H 61, the certificates of the qualified trust services provider "Dia" (hereinafter - the Provider), corresponding to the following services, have been added into the Trusted List:
Qualified electronic trust service of creation, verification and validation of a qualified certificate of electronic signature or seal according to the DSTU 4145-2002 algorithm;
Qualified electronic trust service of creation, verification and validation of a qualified electronic time stamp according to the DSTU 4145-2002 algorithm.
Besides, in accordance with the Procedure for conducting an experimental project on mutual recognition of electronic trust services between Ukraine and the European Union, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on November 22, 2022 No. 1311, and pursuant to the order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on May 18, 2023 No. H 58, the Provider's certificates corresponding to the following services have been added into the Trusted List:
Qualified electronic trust service of creation, verification and validation of a qualified certificate of electronic signature or seal, according to the international RSA algorithm;
Qualified electronic trust service of creation, verification and validation of a qualified electronic time stamp according to the international RSA algorithm.
