New certificates of the QTSP "Military unit 2428 of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine" have been added to the Trusted List
In accordance with the Part 7 of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services", Chapter III of the Procedure for Maintaining the Trusted List approved by the order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine dated November 8, 2023 No. 139, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 27, 2023 under No. 2038/41094, and following the order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine dated March 06, 2025 No Н 42, new certificates of the qualified trust services provider "Military unit 2428 of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine” (QTSP), issued by the Central Certification Authority have been entered to the Trusted List. The certificates will be used by the QTSP for providing the following services:
Qualified electronic trust service of creation, verification and validation of a qualified certificate of electronic signature or seal according to the international algorithms RSA and ECDSA as well as to the Ukrainian DSTU 4145-2002 algorithm;
Qualified electronic trust service of creation, verification and validation and confirmation of a qualified electronic time stamp according to the international algorithms RSA and ECDSA as well as to the Ukrainian DSTU 4145-2002 algorithm.
