Information about a new qualified provider of electronic trust services of the National Guard of Ukraine has been added to the Trusted List!
Following Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services”, subparagraph 20 of paragraph 4, item 8 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on September 18, 2019 No. 856, Section II of the Procedure for Maintaining the Trusted List, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on November 08, 2023 No. 139, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 27, 2023 under No. 2038/41094, and in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine of August 01, 2025 No. H140, information on the new qualified provider of electronic trust services of the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as two qualified public key certificates generated by the Central Certification Authority, have been included to the Trusted List. The Provider will use the certificates for the provision of the following electronic trust services:
Qualified electronic trust service of creation, verification, and validation of a qualified certificate of electronic signature or seal according to the DSTU 4145-2002 algorithm;
Qualified electronic trust service of creation, verification, and validation of a qualified electronic time stamp according to the DSTU 4145-2002 algorithm.
