Attention administrators of information and communication systems!

Pursuant to Order No H12 of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of January,22, 2026, a new key pair was generated, and self-signed electronic seal certificates of the Central Certification Authority were issued in accordance with the DSTU 4145-2002 algorithm, using a hash function compliant with DSTU 7564:2014.To ensure the uninterrupted functioning of information systems that use qualified certificates of electronic signature and seal, we ask the administrators of these systems to URGENTLY install the certificates.

The new keys of the central certification authority will be put into effect on February 10, 2026. We warn that if the updates are not installed, starting from the specified date, users of electronic trust services may experience errors while validating certificates status.
