Certificates of qualified trust service providers have been added to the Trusted List!
The Trusted List—which contains information about qualified trust service providers (hereinafter referred to as QTSP) and their qualified electronic trust services the provision of which involves the use of electronic signature algorithms specified in DSTU ETSI TS 119 312:2022 (ETSI TS 119 312 V1.4.2 (2022-02), IDT) "Electronic Signatures and Infrastructures (ESI); Cryptographic Suites," and which is used to ensure the recognition of the electronic trust services of QPSPs within Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Trusted List for use in Ukraine") has been updated.
In accordance with Part 7 of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services" and Section III of the Procedure for Maintaining the Trust List (approved by Order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine dated November 8, 2023, No. 139, and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 27, 2023, under No. 2038/41094), and in pursuance of the Order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine dated October 19, 2026, No.214, the following have been added to the Trust List for use in Ukraine:
- Four qualified certificates of the QTSP of the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Special Systems", based on the international algorithms RSA and ECDSA;
- Four qualified certificates of the QTSP "DEPOSIT SIGN" LLC, based on the international algorithms RSA and ECDSA;
- Four qualified certificates of the QTSP "Key Certification Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," based on the international algorithms RSA and ECDSA;
- Four qualified certificates of the QTSP of "State Tax Service of Ukraine," based on the international algorithms RSA and ECDSA;
- Two qualified certificates of the QTSP "Accredited Key Certification Center of JSC CB 'PrivatBank'," based on the international algorithms RSA and ECDSA;
- Four qualified certificates of the QTSP "Diia," based on the international algorithms RSA and ECDSA;
- Eight qualified certificates of the QTSP "Vchasno Service" LLC, based on the international algorithms RSA and ECDSA;
- Four qualified certificates of the QTSP of Joint Stock Company "First Ukrainian International Bank", based on the international algorithms RSA and ECDSA.
