Trusted List
The Central Certification Authority implements, maintains and publishes on its official website a Trusted list containing information on qualified trust services providers, together with information on qualified electronic trust services that they provide
The Trusted List is implemented, kept up to date and published in a secure mode with the obligatory addition of an electronic seal of the Central Certification Authority a form suitable for automatic processing.
The information contained in the Trust List is public.
Mandatory requirements for the Trust List are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 11, 2023, N 844 "On approval of requirements for the Trusted List".
The procedures for maintaining the Trust List are approved by the Central Certification Authority and provided according to the Order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine of November 8, 2023 N 139, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 27, 2023 at N 2038/41094.
The Trusted List file contains information about qualified trust services providers and their qualified electronic trust services, the provision of which involves the use of electronic signature algorithms defined by DSTU ETSI TS 119 312:2021 (ETSI TS 119 312 V1.4.1 (2021-08), IDT) "Electronic signatures and infrastructure (ESI).
