Six certificates of the qualified trust services provider of the Prosecutor's Bodies of Ukraine have been included in the Trusted List.

Change of information about the qualified trust services provider UKRSIBBANK JOINT STOCK COMPANY, as well as two qualified public key certificates issued by the Certification Center were added into the Trusted List.

Certificates of the of the qualified trust services provider TSESARIS of the limited liability company "INTER-METL" have been added to the Trusted List in compliance with the orders of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine of 17.10.2023 No H125.

Pursuant to part eight of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services", Clause 3 of Chapter IV of the Procedure for Maintaining the Trusted List, approved by Order No. 104 of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine dated July 8, 2020, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 29, 2020 under No. 719 /35002, and in accordance with the submission of the certification center dated 09/08/23 No 56-0007/66381, qualified certificates of the qualified trust services provider of the Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank "PRIVATBANK" have been added to the Trusted List

Pursuant to part eight of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services", Clause 3 of Chapter IV of the Procedure for Maintaining the Trusted List, approved by Order No. 104 of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine dated July 8, 2020, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 29, 2020 under No. 719 /35002, and in accordance with the submission of the certification center sent to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine by the letter of the National Bank of Ukraine dated July 25, 2023 No. 56- 0007/53872, the qualified electronic trust service of the qualified trust services provider JSC "Alliance Bank" has been included into the Trusted List.

Qualified certificate of QTSP of Joint stock company "State Savings Bank of Ukraine” has been included in the Trusted List Pursuant to part eight of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services", Clause 3 of Chapter IV of the Procedure for Maintaining the Trusted List, approved by Order No. 104 of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine dated July 8, 2020, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 29, 2020 under No. 719 /35002, and in accordance with the submission of the certification center sent to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine by the letter of the National Bank of Ukraine dated July 25, 2023 No. 56-0007/53871, the qualified electronic trust service of the qualified trust services provider JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine" has been included into the Trusted List.

Pursuant to the part 8 of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services", Section 3, Chapter IV of the Procedure for Maintaining the Trusted List, approved by the order of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on July 8, 2020 No. 104, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 29, 2020 under No. 719/35002, and according to the submission of the National Bank of Ukraine sent to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on June 29, 2023 No. 56-0007/46849, new information on the qualified trust services provider JSC "Oshchadbank" (hereinafter - the Provider), as well as six qualified certificates of the Provider, created by the Certification Center that will be used by the Provider for providing the following services, have been added into the Trusted List

The administrator of the information-telecommunication system of the Central Certification Authority took part in the EU-3rd countries trust services Forum, which took place in Brussels, which was organized by the European Commission. The Forum noted the successes of Ukraine in the integration of the Ukrainian Trusted List into the TCTL and the progress of Ukraine on the path to integration into the single European space in the field of electronic trust services, as well as the future steps that must be taken for mutual recognition of electronic trust services between Ukraine and the European Union.

Certificates of the qualified trust services provider “Diia" have been added to Trusted List in compliance with the orders of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine of 18.05.2023 No H58 and of 19.05.2023 No H61.

Certificates of the of the qualified trust services provider of the limited liability company "DEPOSIT SIGN" have been added to the Trusted List in compliance with the orders of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine of 18.05.2023 No H59 and No H60.

Адміністратор ІКС ЦЗО взяв участь у міжнародній зустрічі експертів під егідою Європейського об’єднаного агентства з кібербезпеки (ENISA).

До Довірчого списку внесено відомості про нового кваліфікованого надавача електронних довірчих послуг Служби безпеки України, а також два кваліфікованих сертифіката відкритих ключів, сформовані центральним засвідчувальним органом на виконання наказу Міністерства цифрової трансформації України від 20.04.2023 № Н48.

The European Commission has published clarifications regarding the use of Ukrainian qualified electronic signatures as improved in the EU. It is indicated that the possibility to use Ukrainian KEP as improved in the EU is a stepping stone to full mutual recognition between Ukraine and the EU. Ukraine was noted as the country that, among third countries, makes the most efforts to sign an agreement on mutual recognition of qualified electronic trust services between Ukraine and the EU

До Довірчого списку внесено зміну відомостей про кваліфікованого надавача електронних довірчих послуг товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Вчасно Сервіс», а також 4 сертифікати Надавача на виконання наказів Міністерства цифрової трансформації України від 10.04.2023 № Н42 та від 10.04.2023 № Н43.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution that updates and expands the list of standards used by qualified trust service providers when providing qualified electronic trust services. The list of standards was expanded from 77 to 119. In addition, a number of standards from the list were replaced with new versions. Thanks to the adopted resolution, qualified providers will be able to provide their services with higher quality, and users will receive electronic trust services at an appropriate level, which meets the latest European standards.
